Meet the Founders

Deborah T. Miller, Co-Founder and CEO Deborah T. Miller, Founder and CEO Deborah Miller, founder and CEO of Relational SalesPro, has more than 38 years of experience in insurance sales, marketing, and management at both the agency and carrier level.

Before her debut as the architect of SALESPRO Opportunities Builder, Deborah co-founded MarTech, Inc. and a series of turnkey, insurance-specific nurture marketing campaigns known as The Marketing Auto Pilot System (MAPS). Over the span of 14 years, Deborah and her team consulted hundreds of independent insurance producers on increasing appointments, sales, revenues, and profitability with the use of MarTech’s proprietary PC-based software systems.

Prior to launching MarTech, Deborah sharpened her skills as a sales consultant for State Auto Insurance Companies in Columbus, Ohio, by developing cutting-edge sales and marketing programs, training agency owners in the areas of increased producer sales development, and leading agencies to affect successful marketing plans. Previously, she managed the leading direct-writer insurance agency in the country: State Farm's Cosmo C. Conte Insurance Agency. A licensed producer, Deborah managed both the San Diego and Cleveland Offices with full decision-making authority. She is most noted for her role in establishing a fully automated sales center in the San Diego location.

In demand nationwide, Deborah has spoken at many industry events and seminars, including the IMMS Annual International Convention and various state and national PIA and IIAA conventions. She has produced multiple training videos and audiotapes and written articles published by insurance publications such as Rough Notes and American Agent and Broker, ProgramBusiness.com’s Insurance Unplugged, CSR Advisor, IMMS Customer Service Representative Forum and IMMS Plus.

Martech

It all began in October 1997 when MarTech, released the first-ever turnkey, insurance-specific system known as MAPS for Commercial Lines new business. Within eighteen months, this flagship system had produced record-breaking results as clients had an easy-to-administer way of staying in touch with prospects throughout the entire the buying-decision process. The noticeable unique advantage MAPS offered our clients generated numerous requests for the exclusive use of MAPS within a geographic region and systems capable of attracting business for additional lines of business. As a result we created MAPS for other insurance lines.

For well over a decade, hundreds of casualty, bond, benefits and personal lines producers have also enjoyed a dramatic increase in appointments and revenues. MAPS provided the tool to methodically nurture prospect relationships by keeping the producer's name in front of prospects until they were ready to buy.
