SALESPRO is Not a CRM, a drip-marketing tool or classed as SalesForce Automation. Rather, SALESPRO is a prospect opportunity builder that strategically guides your communication through the entire marketing life cycle.
SALESPRO is launch-ready out of the box. However; you may customize all or part of the processes to fit your individual needs, for example:
- The content of communications to your audience;
- Your delivery mode; letter, fax, email, drop by or combined format types;
- Your desired communication intervals; number of contacts per year and space between deliveries. The system is built with five years of continuous nurture communications and three years of client communication;
- Do you want to use appointment reminders; if yes, by fax or email;
- When do you want to begin calling for an appointment; a few months after the renewal, mid-term or a few months prior to renewal. Lead time is adjustable per contact from 16 months out to one month out.
- Your salutation; first name or formal name or combination;
- Desired performance thresholds; dashboards proactively inform management of key performance indicators;
- Will you outsource part or all of your calling; if yes, type of calling needed and to whom;

Goal-setting tools will soon be integrated within SALESPRO to allow targets to be established based on new business only, new business and renewal business, agency commission goals, or producer’s income goals.
